VGU: Vivekananda Global University

Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur was established by Rajasthan State Assembly Act 11/2012 and sponsored by Bagaria Education Trust, Jaipur. VGU is located in the most culture and heritage rich city of India, Jaipur. Here, at the university the students are provided with ample amount of opportunities to develop on both the fronts; personally and professionally. The University focuses on Research, Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Placements.This is being done with the help of various collaborations with International universities such as Swansea University, Edinburgh Napier University and research labs such as CEERI Pilani, CSIO Chandigarh, companies such as Infosys, TCS & Accenture. The University has Wadhwani Centre of Excellence i.e. Incubation Centre in collaboration with NEN and Headstart Network.

VGU is committed to the Skill Development Mission and focuses on skill and professional development of its graduates through 19 student run clubs, soft skills, campus recruitment and technical skill societies. Professional chapters such as IEEE, ISTE, Toastmasters are the part of the student life.

The University is offering courses in the field of Engineering, Architecture, Basic and Applied Science, Management, Law and Agriculture. University also has certification programs in association with various top notch industries such as ACCA for Accounting and CFP for Finance. Mitsubishi for Robotics, Cisco for CCNA etc. The various cultural events such as Panache, fresher’s Party, farewell party are part and parcel of student life in the campus. The University focuses on innovative learning with discipline and is a well-known centre of excellence for higher education in Rajasthan.
