IIM Udaipur (IIMU)
With the approval of the Indian Government in 2009, Indian Institute of Management Udaipur (IIMU) officially opened in 2011. The Institute which shifted to its permanent campus in 2016 strives to make a real difference to the region, forging strong relationships with local NGOs and government and working closely with industry on live projects, internships, guest lectures, faculty research, and many events throughout the academic year. The Institute which started PGP program and 57 students now offers management program for executives and women entrepreneurs. The doctoral program was launched in 2016.
IIM Udaipur Programs
IIMU Two year MBA Program
The two year full-time Post Graduate Program (PGP) is the flagship program of IIMU. designed to develop students into socially responsible and highly skilled managers
Admission to the program is done through
Common Admission Test (CAT). It also includes, Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI).
Post Graduate Program in Management for Executives (PGPX)
It is a full partnership between IIMU and the prestigious Krannert School of Management at Purdue University in the United States. It is a full-time residential program and admission is through the GMAT/GRE. Although it is referred to as a one year MBA it in fact extends over 15 months – students start the program in January of the first year and graduate in March of the following year.
Admission involves two stages:
Stage 1 with IIM Udaipur
Online Application to IIM Udaipur.
Skype Interview with IIM Udaipur.
Grant of Provisional admission letter
Stage 2 with Krannert School of Management at Purdue University
Online Application to Krannert School of Management.
Interview with Krannert School of Management.
Grant of Admission Offer.
IIMU PhD Program
The Fellow Program in Management is IIM Udaipur's doctoral level program designed for students with strong academic credentials who aspire to undertake demanding original research.
MDP for Women Entrepreneurs
The objective of the program is to encourage, empower and educate potential women entrepreneurs to create their own business or social enterprise and to help established entrepreneurs to grow their existing enterprises.
